Whether it’s Arianna Huffington, founder of The Huffington Post, Indira Nooyi, CEO-PepsiCo, or Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook, innumerable Women Entrepreneurs have been able to break the glass ceiling successfully. They have become a beacon of hope and a source of inspiration for women all across the world.

Women are not only adding up to the household income. They are also driving economic growth globally by being women in business. A global analysis by McKinsey reveals that employment of women in roles identical to that of men could add up to 28 trillion dollars to the global economy by 2025. Though it may seem formidable at the moment, it is definitely attainable. And this can be accomplished if women also support other women. No one can uplift a woman than the other woman.

“Hear me as a woman

Have me as your sister

On purpled battlefield breaking day,

So I might say our victory is just beginning,

See me as change,

Say I am movement,

That I am the year

And I am the era

Of the women.”
